Here are some of the story board pictures for sketch design4.I have opted for designing them on the computer to try
and maximise the effect of unreality vs
reality.My key word has been Pop art
and that has led me to designing an
artificial garden.The inspiration has come from the words "liberate me".That has led me to the idea of comic strip superheroes,spiderman.The courtyard is trapped and needs revitalising.The contextual link with Hadlow is through the spider an important insect in maintaining the balance in an ecosystem.There is a steel spider web in the design that provides a visual link with the mature trees inthe surrouding Hadlow gardens.
